Software Developer Ruby (f/m)
Your Responsibilities:
• Frontend and backend software development with Ruby (on Rails)
• Optimization of our ad server and platform
• Plan and manage projects and subprojects
• Work in agile development processes as part of our brilliant tech teamYour Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Media or similar (Maths and Physics also welcome)
• Several years of professional experience as a developer
• Experience in Ruby on Rails a great plus, alternatively Python, Smalltalk or similar object oriented programming languages
• Knowledge of SQL, BDD and HTML
• Experience in NoSQL systems and/or JavaScript/jQuery desirable
• Experience in server administration (Linux/Debian) desirable
• Experience in distributed, highly scalable and error-tolerant systems desirable
• Very good English skills (written and verbally); German a plus
• Profound analytical skills
