We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Flash / AS3 Developer (m / w) who will work on the development of the simfy desktop application and is driven by the creation of overwhelming user experiences. You have an insatiable thirst for learning new things and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are organised, clear-headed, willing to tackle the hard problems first, and willing to work closely with other like-minded individuals to achieve success and overcome obstacles. You are creative, and proud of the high-standard to which you work. You bring with you the benefit of experience, and a willingness to compromise on features (but not quality) in order to get things done.
You are highly skilled in the following:
• Object-oriented programming, principles and practice
• 5+ years work experience in Adobe Flash, Flex and Air applications (AS 3)
• RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• FDT
• Subversion or Git
• Test Driven Development and/or Continuous Integration
• Sense of top quality and user-focused design and animationIf you are the perfect candidate, you also have beneficial experience in the following areas:
• Scrum / XP
• Web services, syndication, APIs
• Experience researching and prototyping
• Experience mentoring other developers
