As Team Lead Frontend * you will be part of the Shop IT leadership team at MYTOYS GROUP and responsible for the technical direction of our two frontend teams. We are looking for someone to lead all technical aspects of the frontend engineering team.

You will:

• Own from end to end the short and long term technical vision of your team 
• Be responsible for all major technical decisions for your team (a successful lead will be able to influence the decisions of their team without having to make all of them) 
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers within your direct reports 
• Help your team to improve the technical quality of their work through regular technical design and code reviews 
• Share your technical knowledge and expertise through regular workshops for your team and others 
• Communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, customers, partners, and other leaders 

You need to have:

• Be a role model by setting clean code standards and implementing best practices
• Several years of experience on senior engineering roles (designing APIs, abstractions, and tools used by other engineers)
• Expert-level knowledge of PHP (Symfony) and Javascript stack (React.js, Node.js)
• Familiar with Infrastructure as a Code on AWS (AWS Cloud Services, Terraform, Cloudformation etc.)
• Practical experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling and performance monitoring
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
